PAC are currently retained to purchase the following property requirements:
- Melbourne - northern city fringe property with existing building of 1500 m2 in residential, mixed use or business zone.

Land of 3000 m2 plus located in Business Zone, all areas of Melbourne, Regional and Interstate.
- Industrial investment property - $20,000,000 with 7.25% plus net yield with strong tenant (s), Melbourne metro or large regional areas
- Investment properties priced between $40,000,000 with 7.5% plus net yields, Melbourne metro or larger regional areas
- Commercial, Industrial or retail investment properties in established Melbourne suburb or CBD. Excellent tenant profile required, building must be less than 15 years of age, circa 7% net yield.
- Land zoned residential approximately 3,000 m2, idealy situated on outer Melb metro fringe areas
- Developent opportunities, commercial and residential priced between $30,000,000 Melbourne metro areas.
- Other property opportunities outside of these guidelines are always sought and will be considered.
