  • Industrial investment property - $20,000,000 with 7.25% plus net yield with strong tenant (s), Melbourne metro or large regional areas
  • Investment properties priced between $40,000,000 with 7.5% plus net yields, Melbourne metro or larger regional areas
  • Commercial, Industrial or retail investment properties in established Melbourne suburb or CBD. Excellent tenant profile required, building must be less than 15 years of age, circa 7% net yield.
  • Land zoned residential approximately 3,000 m2, idealy situated on outer Melb metro fringe areas
  • Developent opportunities, commercial and residential priced between $30,000,000 Melbourne metro areas.
  • Other property opportunities outside of these guidelines are always sought and will be considered.
